Organization Settings

Configure your organization's profile, contact information, and timezone.

Organization settings control your business profile and how information appears in communications with contacts.

Accessing Settings

  1. Go to Account → Organization
  2. View and edit your organization settings

Organization Profile

Organization Name

Your business name appears:

  • In the dashboard header
  • In emails to contacts
  • On public signup and status pages

Contact Information

Tip: Use a monitored email address. Contacts may reply to automated emails.

Address

Enter your organization’s address:

  • Street Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code

This information can be displayed on public-facing pages.

Regional Settings

Timezone

Set your organization’s timezone for:

  • Correct timestamps on entries
  • Accurate scheduling for reminder emails
  • Proper date/time display throughout the app

Available timezones:

  • Eastern Time (ET)
  • Central Time (CT)
  • Mountain Time (MT)
  • Pacific Time (PT)
  • Alaska Time (AKT)
  • Hawaii Time (HT)

Branding

Customize how your public signup and status pages look.

Brand Color

Set a custom color for the header and buttons on your:

  • Public signup form
  • Waitlist status page
  • Email notifications (welcome, reminder, and position update emails)
  1. Click the color swatch to open the color picker
  2. Choose your brand color or enter a hex code
  3. Click Save Changes

Tip: Use your organization's brand color for a consistent experience when contacts join or check their status.

Saving Changes

Each section has its own Save Changes button:

  1. Make your changes in a section
  2. Click Save Changes for that section
  3. You’ll see a confirmation message

Entry Type

Your organization’s entry type determines how waitlist entries are structured:

  • Child/Student with Parent/Guardian — For daycares, preschools, schools, camps
  • Individual/Patient/Client — For healthcare, housing, general services

Note: Entry type is set when you create your account and cannot be changed afterward. Contact support if you need to change your entry type.
