The activity log tracks key changes made to your waitlist, providing an audit trail for your organization.
Accessing the Activity Log
Organization-Wide Log
- Go to Account → Activity Log
- View all activity across your organization
Note: The organization-wide activity log is only available to Admins.
Entry-Specific Log
- Click on any entry to open it
- Go to the Activity tab
- View activity for that specific entry
What’s Logged
Entry Actions
- Entry created
- Entry deleted
- Bulk entries deleted
- Entry archived / unarchived
- Bulk entries archived
Status Changes
- Status updated (shows the new status name)
Position Changes
- Position manually changed (shows new position number)
Updated Emma Johnson
Changed status to Enrolled
Jane Doe · 2 hours ago
Repositioned Liam Carter
Changed position to #1
Jane Doe · 3 hours ago
Added Sophie Williams to waitlist
Mike Smith · Yesterday

Log Entry Details
Each activity log entry shows:

| Action | What happened (e.g., “Added Emma Johnson to waitlist”) |
| Details | Additional context (e.g., “Changed status to Enrolled”) |
| Performed by | Who made the change (user name or email) |
| Timestamp | When it happened (relative time like “2 hours ago”) |
Filtering the Log
In the organization-wide log, you can filter by action type:
- Entry Created
- Entry Deleted
- Entries Deleted (bulk)
- Status Changed
- Position Changed
Use the Filter by Action dropdown and click Clear Filter to reset.
