WaitlistCare offers two ways to view your waitlist: a traditional table view and a visual Kanban board view.

Switching Views

Toggle between views using the view buttons:

Your view preference is saved and persists between sessions.

Drag-and-Drop in Board View

To change an entry’s status using the board:

  1. Switch to Board View
  2. Find the entry card
  3. Drag it to a different status column
  4. Drop to save the change

Tip: Drag-and-drop status changes are instant and trigger any associated automations (like sending status change notifications).
