The Upload Documents section only appears if the organization has set up document requirements. If you don’t see it, no documents are needed.

Uploading a Document

  1. Expand the Upload Documents section
  2. Choose a file for the document type you need to upload (images or PDFs accepted)
  3. Click Upload
  4. A green checkmark appears next to the document type when uploaded successfully

File Size

Each document type shows its maximum file size (up to 10MB). If your file is too large:

  • Scan at lower resolution
  • Compress the PDF
  • Take a photo instead of scanning

Tip: Make sure documents are clear and all text is readable before uploading.

Replacing a Document

If you need to upload a corrected version, simply upload a new file for the same document type. Contact the organization if you have questions about what’s needed.

Uploading During Signup

Some organizations allow document upload during the initial signup process:

  1. Complete the signup form
  2. Upload documents when prompted
  3. Submit everything together

Tips for Good Uploads

Taking Photos

  • Good lighting (avoid shadows)
  • Hold camera steady
  • Capture the entire document
  • Check the preview before submitting

PDF Documents

  • Ensure the file isn’t password protected
  • Check that all pages are included
