WaitlistCare offers three ways to view your waitlist: a traditional table view, a compact card view, and a visual Kanban board view.
Table View
The default view showing entries in a sortable table format.
Best for:
- Viewing detailed information at a glance
- Sorting by different columns
- Managing large numbers of entries
- Exporting and bulk operations

Compact View
A card-based list view displaying comprehensive entry information with inline editing capabilities. Each card shows all key details without needing to open the entry.
Best for:
- Viewing comprehensive entry information without opening details
- Inline editing of position, status, and tags
- Scrolling through entries with visible notes and custom fields
- Organizations tracking many data points per entry

Switching Views
Toggle between views using the view buttons at the top of the waitlist page:
Your view preference is automatically saved and persists between sessions.
Drag-and-Drop in Board View
To change an entry’s status using the board:
- Switch to Board View
- Find the entry card
- Drag it to a different status column
- Drop to save the change
Tip: Drag-and-drop status changes are instant and trigger any associated automations (like sending status change notifications).
