Choose between table, compact, and board views to manage your waitlist the way that works best for you.

WaitlistCare offers three ways to view your waitlist: a traditional table view, a compact card view, and a visual Kanban board view.

Table View

The default view showing entries in a sortable table format.

Compact View

A card-based list view displaying comprehensive entry information with inline editing capabilities. Each card shows all key details without needing to open the entry.

Switching Views

Toggle between views using the view buttons at the top of the waitlist page:

Your view preference is automatically saved and persists between sessions.

Drag-and-Drop in Board View

To change an entry’s status using the board:

  1. Switch to Board View
  2. Find the entry card
  3. Drag it to a different status column
  4. Drop to save the change

Tip: Drag-and-drop status changes are instant and trigger any associated automations (like sending status change notifications).
